[TheForge] Has anyone seen oliver?

Hello wise sages
       I am looking for a large sledge hammer (cross peen or straight been 
would be nice)over 15 lbs to build an oliver type treadle hammer.Any one 
have one they would be willing to sell?also a set of plans wouldnt hurt.I 
was thinking about the one in the junkyard pics that is attached to a stump 
and uses a regular anvil,or maybe even the floating hammer.Any help would be
