Use "Air Compressor Oil", available from any industrial supplier (e.g.
Grainger, MSC, J&L, Enco, Travers, etc)  Its formulated to minimize carbon
buildup in the valves and other areas.  There's also a synthetic version
that has a wider temperature range.
