I recall talking with Nick Vincent who said that the wire used in wire cloth
was 1008. You can get wire from the wire cloth maker in a coil. Nick sold me
some 1/4" round and said he could get up to 1" diameter round. You could
check in your area. I think his source was in York, PA.
