	What form of stumbling block are you speaking of?  I ask because
	my first reaction to the statement was "if welding is a problem
	for them, what makes you think machining will be less so?"  On
	the average, I find that people are far more likely to have the
	knowledge and the means for welding than for machine work.  Or
	is this hammer not going to require any of that as well?  Just
	wondering.
