[TheForge] Air tool pistons

Dear fellow metal-heads:  Does anyone out there know what type of steel =
that air-tool interior pistons are made of?  I have found a source of =
these (free) pistons, which are 1.25" diameter and 4.5 " long.  I'm =
thinking they are likely S-1, S-7 or O-1 ( if they are going cheap).  =
The pistons are from pneumatic rivet hammers marketed by "American =
Airmatic" as "rivet busters."  I don't know the exact maker.
