I made it to 46 before I needed glasses. I went straight to bifocals.
If someone were to fix my eyes, I honestly think I would miss the self 
darkening safety glass in front of my eyes.

The first thing I noticed was that my eyes didn't hurt any more from the 
sun, and the minutes bits of debris that must have been going into my 
eyes. At least I know that at days end the lenses are filthy and I have 
two clean rings around my eyes.

Lasik? I trust NOBODY that much. Sorry, I know that is probably stupid, 
but the very idea makes my colon knot up.
