[TheForge] rust redux

Spray it lightly w/ white paint then wipe it off.  Some of the white will
stay in the marks and make them show up.
I have 2 Starret SS rulers, I believe they call them English Pattern, I like
them because the marks are big and bold easy to see w/out glasses.
