The word among the Dell owners that I know is that since they outsourced
their customer support to Mumbai, it sucks.


I like Dells.......though I have yet to own one ( Mom has one, as does a
buddy) and I like the ease of upgrading and I think they have the best
manual of any I have seen yet.
