	I recall these.  They even trial marketed them awhile.  The material
	doesn't eliminate introduction of petroleum products into the
	environment, just reduces it.

	whichi is where we appear to be today.  Back to the "fuck the
	stupid environment" attitude, which is not better than the
	tree huggers' "you can't do anything to live because people are
	unnatural" take on the right and proper order of things.
	They are basically two sides of the same idiot's coin.  And of
	course being American politics, there is never any room for the
	middle path.
