[TheForge] Public Art

I was working across the street when it was placed, it got a lot of attention 
at the time, was in all the papers etc.  People took to it right away.  It 
really fits the space and is a big crowd pleaser,  the horns and the two most 
obvious, um, appendages on the opposite end are kept bright and shiny by the 
hands of passing tourists.
