	I used to lunch down there all the time when I worked Wall
Street.
	Ever go to The Bull and Bear?  The sculpture is way cool.  I
didn't
	know it was an unsolicited plant.  Learn something new every
day.
	That is outraged authorities warms my heart to no end.  That
they
	were unable to remove it warms it even more. <sigh> :)

	How'd you come to learn this about the bull?  Did the artist
ever
	come forward?  I'd love to know who did it.  It's a very nice
bit
	of work.
