[TheForge] Castable Refactory Sources

A few people had requested info on where to obtain Mizzou or other 
refactory materials.  I called the place today where I got mine from 
and they said to check these websites:

hwr.com

Both sites list the locations of their distributors and I believe they 
both list the same distributors.  Seems Harbison-Walker, A.P. 
Green, and some other refractory company were bought out by an 
Austrian company that is listed as rhiamerica.com.  Rhiamerica has 
offices in PA, but is foreign owned.

It bothers me to see companies that are competitors being bought 
out by other companies since I'm sure it doesn't do anything to help 
product development, prices, etc. and, we, the consumer suffers.
