[TheForge] Attachments

Lately, especially today, some list members have sent Off Topic emails with 
attachments.  The Mailman system will not pass these through because of the 
settings we maintain for the list.  Additionally the attachments in 
question were WAY OFF TOPIC and of a personal political nature.  Please 
keep the political to a minimum realizing that the majority of subscribers 
are interested in getting smithing info here.  Not trying to outlaw the 
sense of community here, just trying to keep it in check.
