	True in principle, but a highwayman is a lot easier
	to recognize than a net-scammer.  Easier to deal with
	too.  a single .45 to the head takes care of the former.
	Seems we're not allowed that luxury with net.crooks.

	Agreed 100%.  Unfotrunately, law is made and administered

	You may, however, hire a snoop to find him.  Then you
	can go to Brazil and kill the motherfucker in whatever
	slow and cruel fashion you deem fitting and barring
	capture, retreat to the USA and tell the Brazilian
	authorities to go scratch.
