I agree, Dave. While SCA gives me a venue for teaching smithing, and dispite
various political differences we might have with ABANA, etc, this List is a
great place for new swmiths to find teachers, classes, and students. Because
of my involvement with SCA, I'm often interested in finding teachers for new
folk all over the US, so knowing that there's a good teacher, in, say,
Phoenix area is great information for me to be able to pass along.
Go ahead and post your information, Grant- I'll likely pass it along to
interested people in your area.
In the meantime, I helped guide 4 people through their first smithing
project at an event this weekend- the addiction is growing ;-)
