[TheForge] elbow

The best long term help is to keep your elbow strapped up when you are
putting stress on it.
whenever I am in the shop I put my armband on. The strap will create an
alternative pivot point
for the tendon. That helps.
Tendonitis is a chronic inflammation problem. I use curcumin as an
anti-inflammatory. It works real well
for me. Others use advil, etc or glucosamine/chondroitin. But curcumin
(its a tumeric root extract) was my
best find. I even tried cortison shots at one point and they did
virtually no good at all.
