and here i thought i was the only one supporting his european vacation. 
:). if "salt of the earth" applies to anyone, its norm. you can bet that 
he is looking for books over there
and we all stand to benefit. when norm retires, i really do not know who 
or if his shoes can be filled. after returning from a conference that 
norm has been to, i simlpy tell...err ask 'she who writes the checks' to 
just write the check.
