[TheForge] OT- geography

I have to write back to a metalsmith in a foreign land, but his address
doesn't tell the country.  It's either England or one of its former
colonies.
From looking at the address, it looks like it comes from a school or
University called Polebrook, in the town of Oundle, in the province of
Peterborough.  Does anyone know what country it is in?  The local postmaster
did not know either.  The Queen's profile is on the stamp.
