[TheForge] Blacksmithing as a business, etc.

My question is somewhat closely related to the current topic. I would like to direct it specifically at those who hold workshops or classes on 'your' piece of real estate. What I would like to know is: What do you pay yourselves for hosting an event? This is AFTER you deduct the associated costs.
Given a sample cost of 175$ per student for a weekend workshop (say 6 students)- how much should go towards:
1. Steel
2. Fuel
3. Insurance
4. Instructor's time
5. Assistants' time
6. Building costs; rent
7. ???anything else???

The consumables should be fairly easy to figure out. I'm mainly concerned with putting a dollar figure on the instructors time and the building overhead and, oh yeah whatever's left to stuff in my pocket...
Looking at the Abana site I see 'national' demonstrator's fees that run from 100 to 1000 dollars for a session.

What is normal for a local club's efforts?

Thanx,
