I make and fly RC planes and Im not sure what you refer to, there is dope
that some use on tissue to strengthen it as a covering for wings, fuses etc,
and a polythene glue that is sometimes mixed with water that can also
penetrate. There are a lot of other glues used but none I can think of that
penetrate.
