Well, I have survived cooking my first SCA feast, and I'm just sharing the
good news with my metal head friends ;-) It was for 75 people, and my goals
were to:

Serve on time
Come in under budget
Serve Period food
Provide a tasty, filling meal

I accomplished all of my goals. The (brief) menu was as follows- anybody
wanting more detail, please post me privately.

1st Course

Salmon pasties
Goose Stew
Wilted greens salad

2nd Course

Chicken in Rosemary
Agraz (a beet/apple relish)
Greek rice (fried rice)

3rd Course

Roast pork
Bohemian peas
3 sauces- Pear mustard, Cameline, and Pevorade

4th Course

Cherries Flambeed
Pepper cordial
