[TheForge] chandelier arms

Dave,
I had a similar challenge last year.  I also put the question 
out to theForge and got a couple of suggestions.  

What I ended up doing was to use 1/2 inch square tubing and 
forge it down to 3/8".  I did this under the power hammer 
with drawing dies and a kiss or stop block.  The process 
sharpened up the  corners, making it look like solid stock.  
I then heated this stock and bent each arm on a jig so they 
all came out with the same shape.  The hole thru the middle 
was still large enough to run 18 ga. lamp cord.
