[TheForge] chandelier arms

I am working out the details for a commission to make two chandeliers =
similar in design. One is 48" dia. round shape the other is 48" x 24" =
dia oval shape. These are typical elegant pieces with long spindly arms. =
I am wondering what to make the arms from? Seems like 1/8" or 1/4" black =
iron pipe would be too......clunky. Any ideas welcome.
