Just wandering what you guys are doing w/ the A36 thats giving trouble. =
In the last ten years I've had half adozen holes I couldn't drill w/ =
anything but a torch,but I've drilled a gazillion holes that were just =
fine.  Last winter I had a piece of 1/2"  hot drawn square w/ a cold =
shut in the middle of it , I've used thousands of them that had no =
defects.  I've done everything imaginable w/ it hot and cold with no =
problem.
Having said all this I probably won't buy a decent piece of steel ever =
again.
