I use the Sony Mavica (this is a whole line of cameras) and it has a 3.5
inch disk holder built into it. This is the nicest thing, as I can take it
anywhere and immediately have pictures on anyone's computer. I regularly
take it to work and get pics there of the stuff we make (pics for customers
and for our future ref.) I got it a few years ago, and don't know what they
cost now. Mine has a 8x optical zoom and a 2x digital giving 16x zoom
effects. It is a 1.3 mega pixel, but I know they now make much higher
resolution cameras for much less money than I spent. On the web, you can
get free picture managing programs, and that is what I use. I would love to
have Photoshop, but am too cheap to spend the 6-700 dollars on it.

PS - I also like reading your take on the events you go to. I would love
to go to more, but never seem to find the time, so I like to read of others
