[TheForge] Compressor duty?

I read on this list (I think) that horsepower is
"Amps X Volts / 746 = HP" ie. 15 amps X 120 volts /
(divided by) 746 = 2.4 HP. If someone who knows much
more about this subject would comment I would
appreciate.
