My demos always involve audience participation,
Im always asking them questions and egging them along.

maybe strike for you, after the first few minutes of talking you will see

kids who are paying attention and will be good to help. Just having

them bend or twist something hot can impress them a lot. Mentioning
that you a
couple or them can do this near the end of your demo can be a good carrot
to
get them to pay attention.
