My demos always involve audience participation, 


Im always asking them questions and egging them along.

them bend or twist something hot can impress them a lot.  Mentioning
that you a

couple or them can do this near the end of your demo can be a good carrot
to

get them to pay attention.

Some people are like Slinkies...not really good
for

anything, but you still can't help but smile when you

see one tumble down the stairs.
