My name is Wayne and I live in Watson LA just north of Denham Springs. I =
am going to build a shop and get into blacksmithing. I am a machinist by =
trade. I may need advice from time to time. I will build my coal forge =
this winter. I bought a hand crank blower about 16 years ago. The gears =
are bad but the fan and housing are in good shape. I would like to put =
it on a small single phase motor and control the speed with a =
rheostat.Could you tell me what size motor and the RPM. What kind of =
rheostat? Would appreciate any help and advice you could give me. Hope =
to hear from you soon , thanks.
