Yes I recall a situation where I went to bid on a 30,000# excavator only to
drive up and see a registered bidder swing it right through the side of the
building it was parked next to........ Or was he just a tinkerer that really
didn't know how to run it....................... Due to the extensive damage
to the cab, and boom after he was done, I left as nothing else interested
me................
