hello;

using this idea, today i sent her on numerous
errands and suggested she shop for the best
price since there is the extra expenses of replacing
subflooring and several more walls. she was gone
5 hours, came back pleased that she found the best
prices.

i burned the tornout lumber and paneling.
re-routed the water pipes away from the
exterior/outside wall to the middle of the
house, and measured and counted fittings for
new pipe runs.
