The patent number is US707246 You REALLY need the US on the number or you'll
get zippo from the patent server.

Enter the number in the application # box on the site below. It will return
with  "no english title available" but the patent # will be in "link blue".
Just click on it and it'll take you to a PDF file of the patent. You'll need
the text as well as the drawings to understand just how elegantly simple
Massey's valving scheme is.
