hello;
not trusting my left arm and not wanting to
damage my one remain good arm, i have developed
many a helper tool to help me lift, turn, lug, etc
heavy and/or large objects.
many are just manual simple machine type tools.
my best "friend" is an 18 hp garden tractor and
steel wagon.
when hammering i barely grip the hammer when i
hit the anvil. it is difficult to describe in words
how i hammer.
i really mull over a project in my mind before
i charge into it. i attempt to visualize the
pitfalls and gotchas just waiting to hurt me
and eliminate them.
my son, 20 yr old, thinking he is immortal, grabbed
on to something he should not have. he blew out a
couple disks in his back and his right knee. he was
trying to show how "macho" he is.
