well I'm a ex abana member so my view may not matter but to me
 1) it is not a secret ballet someone has to read them
 2) you can log names as they come in and pull a ticket from the hat. this
way no one but the person that logged the ballet would know the vote.
 3) most state allow this sort of raffle /door prize/ stuff
