All of the components are chisel-cut.  All of the joinery is either 
tenon or rivet.  
The materials are mild steel - forge textured, bronze and monel flowers 
and sheet mica (backing the repousse' light).
All are finished with 80 grit sand paper and coated with linseed 
oil/turpentine mix and then paste waxed (3 coats over several days).
