Cathrine,  You can use threaded adjuster blocks with long fully threaded
bolts to adjust a motor base to the desired angle for fine tuning belt
tracking.  Take a piece of 3/4 x 1 flat about 2" long, drill and tap a 1/2"
hole, weld adjuster block to motor base, then insert bolts and adjust to
desired tracking.
