i personally would not touch job. remember the old saying:

"no good deed shall be allowed to go unpunished."

think potential lawsuits seeking large numbers of
pictures of dead presidents.

several suggestions (in order of priority):

0. tell the person to take it to a body shop/commercial welding
   shop.
1. consult a lawyer about a hold harmless agreement
and a waiver of liability.
