[TheForge] shear

I actually cut some 1/8 x2 with it and yes it is an HF shear.It was hard to 
start the cut but once started it went right through with no problem I also 
tried some 14 and 18 gauge and it had no problem.So far I do like it for the 
money>I had to do a little fine tuning on the hand lever but other than that 
it was ready to go out of the box
