Contrary to popular belief, Microsoft is not an evil empire and would like
everyone to be able to access your FrontPage website. They provide a
FrontPage user website that answers a lot of questions & gives tips/tricks

In fact, if you scroll to the bottom there's a link "Learn how to make your
website accessible to everyone." Here it is:

If you are having prolems with browser compatibility, I'd try that site.
The FrontPage site also has info on available training from various
partners.
Disclaimer: I do work for Microsoft & think it's a great company.....Wish I
could provide more help, but I'm an operations person who moves the product
around, not a software person.
