Dave,

Yes to both questions.  I have frying pans blanks that are made from 12 ga.
and are approx. 12 inches in diameter.  They are cut from CR so there is no
scale to deal with.  I did not drill any holes for the handle.  Could be
added if you wish. I get eight dollars for them.

Let me know how many you would like.
