OK, I asked Rob before he took off this AM, and he said you'd have to use a
minimum of 3/8" round rod. You will, however have to hot bend it. You'll
need to take care on shaping the ends of the esses- phosphor bronze does get
brittle when you try to make radical bends in it, although that shouldn't be
a problem as long as it doesn't break, since they aren't load bearing.

Charge this guy an arm and a leg, Harry- you'll deserve it when you're done
;-)
