They used to be pretty uptight  in Westlake Village, Ventura  was 
 somewhat better, but that was years ago. Property values uber alles.
   If you are real lucky, all those tightasses are quietly dead by 
now...but I suspect not. ..sigh

Folks like me gotta work awful hard to balance out all them positive 
thinkers....PF
