Well, a contractor built it because I wanted it much faster than I
could have built it, even with help. But busy painting and wiring it,
moving and setting up, yeah. Moving woulda been an overwhelming task
without the help of my son David.

Heh. The original plan included a 10'x10' soundproofed room
partitioned off in the corner for a propane furnace (thereby setting
me up with a big propane tank for a forge later) and a compressor.
But the building ran way over budget and the money pipe began sucking
mud before we got that far. So there's no compressor yet and I have a
propane salamander that will take enough chill off to do stuff as long
as the temp isn't too much lower than 10F. Immersion heater in the
quench tub. Long underwear. :-)
Furnace, compressor and insulation when I sell the old shop building.
Anyone need a big building in a scenic fishing village?

I heat our house with wood but I don't think I want to go that route
again for the shop. Been there, done that, etc.
