Dan,

I haven't figured out how to make mine quiet enough. I just work around it.
I either run it when I break for lunch or at the end of the day, I set a
timer to remind me to go back to the shop and turn it off after an hour.
Our long range plan is to make a seperate room for it but I haven't gotten
there yet.
