Hello fellow smiths....my right hand man, Nathaniel Reinartz, is going on an
extended trip to the United Kingdom, and specifically the Shetland Isles as
soon as next month.  He is looking for situations where he can work in
blacksmith shops in this region for a week at a time or more. He will work
for room and board. He wishes to further his forging vocabulary in this
manner.  Nathaniel is capable, and has begun doing high end ornamental and
architectural work for me in the last year.  He has been with me for just
over two years. Everything I have taught him revolves around hand forging,
with a minor emphasis on power hammer work (110 pound Sahinler). He is
extremely reliable, respectful and courteous. If any of you have any
thoughts or contacts in this region, please help me help Nathaniel find
