	She doesn't like digital.  She's a "real photography" type.
	She wants the analog 1V... about $1800 for the body.  The
	AF lenses are agonizingly expensive, though I have to
	admit that they are beautifully made and the optics are
	fantastic.  The 1V is a really fabulous piece of hardware,
	built like a tank, unlike the Nikons, which are comparatively
	very flimsily built.  She has an F-1N.  A very fine manual
	35... also built like a tank.

	I remember about 5 to 7 years ago the death knell was being
	sounded for old-fasioned film photography.  It was so pleasing
	to see that not come to fruition.  Film is good.  Long live
	film.
