Thanks Ralph.  The A&O is supposed to run at 135 RPM and I have the
original motor and gear.  So I can do that here.  The gears are
ca. 4.5" and 28.5" (measuring in the dark :-) which comes out roughly
the same motor speed as the Nazel.  I haven't actually counted the
gear teeth.
