JUST DIVE IN!!
Over the past year I have entered the world of water
sculpture/fountains/etc.
I have done them in copper and stainless steel and had a learning curve
all the way around, pumps, material, water flow, water containment, etc.
Stainless may be an option and use one of the sculpt nouveau copper or
bronze metal coatings, and put a patina on it. Then your substrate is
STAINLESS STEEL!! More money but corrosion resistence to the max.
