I had no clue what a Creone Bolt was, so I looked it up on google.com

Guessing that when you turn the handle, it has an excentric that pushes the 
top and bottom bars into a keeper,  locking the top and the bottom of the 
door into the frame?

IF this picture is what you are looking for,   The web page above is 
selling them for $437  made in England.
This  one pictured did NOT appear to have a key locking mechanism.
