There is a company called unipunch that makes c frame punches for press
brakes, but they are designed to be held in place like press brake tooling.
It would take some jiggering to get them to fit in a standard auto shop
style hydraulic press. these are often available used from big machine tool
dealers.

The other thing you might try is the scotchman ironworker tooling for their
smaller ironworker- they have a round and square bar shear, and a little
press brake unit that are separate pieces and pop right into an opening on
their 40 ton ironworker.
