[TheForge] Stick welding question

I'd try something on 200 degrees or "warm" if it's an oven to drive the
moisture out slowly from the flux.  It may be just as easy to buy some new
rod if this is an kind of procedure for you.   I have a couple rod ovens
that I leave it in over night to get rid of unwanted moisture.
